1. When an auction ends, we will send an e-mail to the winner with total amount due and an address where to send payment - we usually do this as soon as we receive confirmation from eBay. You must reply to this e-mail with your shipping address within 3 days (sometimes it is almost impossible to read your handwritten mailing address out of an envelope). Payment MUST be received within 10 days. Please include the item description and eBay # with all correspondence - ESPECIALLY PAYMENT! If you send payment and do not include item name and item#, it will be hard to ship your item-we sell 100's of items on eBay and cannot go through each item to find out what payment goes with which item. If for any reason your payment will be late, KEEP US INFORMED! We can be flexible as long as you stay in touch..

2. We accept BidPay or Western Union checks, cash on a registered letter, personal/business checks and US and International Money Orders. Our schedule allows us to ship items twice a week, on Fridays and Saturdays. Cash and m/o's will ship the Friday following receipt. Checks will take 12-14 days to clear and your item will be shipped the following Friday. PayPal is accepted only if buyer agrees to pay the 4% charge that PayPal charges to dealers.

3. All our items are sold AS IS - no refunds unless the item fails to meet our description. We feel we describe our items accurately; we have sold hundreds of items and have not had an unsatisfied customer.

4. Most items are shipped USPS priority mail with delivery Confirmation. Although the post office has been great, we still recommend that you purchase insurance, as we are not responsible for the package after it leaves our hands.

5. We believe these terms to be fair; if you do not agree with them, please do not bid. If they are not followed, we will leave negative feedback.
